Neapolitan pizza makers for a day

Neapolitan Pizzaiolo for a Day is an educational workshop designed to introduce and immerse tourists of all ages visiting Naples in the art of the Neapolitan Pizzaiolo, recognized by UNESCO as an intangible cultural heritage of humanity.
An exciting journey into the history and culture of the True Neapolitan Pizza, aiming to give participants the experience of being a pizzaiolo for a day.

The day is structured as follows:

Welcome Coffee and History of the True Neapolitan Pizza - duration 20 minutes
Demonstration and subsequent preparation by participants of the dough for the True Neapolitan Pizza and the ingredients - duration 90 minutes
Stretching and baking the Neapolitan pizza in a wood-fired oven - duration 90 minutes
Tasting of the True Neapolitan Pizza by the slice - duration 40 minutes
The workshop will take place every day, upon reservation, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

The proposed fee is € 84.00 per person, including non-alcoholic beverages, an apron, membership in the "Friends of the True Neapolitan Pizza" club with the corresponding card, and a souvenir certificate.

Participants will be ready to bake the pizza in the wood-fired oven, following tradition (closed-toe shoes are recommended due to proximity to the oven).

And that's not all! Neapolitan Pizzaiolo for a Day is also a journey into Neapolitan tradition.
If the tourist wishes, a guide will accompany them on our exclusive "True Pizza Tour, " a route through the alleys of Naples to discover the historic pizzerias and the wonderful gastronomic-cultural heritage that surrounds them.
The Tour is in Italian and English. The fee will be determined based on the number of participants.
